Abdallah Othman: Overview of Coronary Arterial Anatomy and Its Clinical Implications

Abdallah Othman, District Manager at Mash premiere, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“The Cardiac Vasculature.

Behold the breathtaking masterpiece of coronary arteries — the heart’s own intricate lifeline, captured in stunning high-resolution detail.

  • RCA (Right Coronary Artery): Powers the right ventricle, SA node, AV node — the rhythm keeper.
  • LAD (Left Anterior Descending): The infamous ‘Widow-Maker’ — fuels the front and main pump of the left ventricle.
  • LCX (Left Circumflex): Nourishes the lateral wall through those elegant Obtuse Marginal branches.
  • PDA (Posterior Descending Artery): Delivers life to the inferior wall — often from RCA or LCX depending on dominance.

This is the hidden architecture that keeps us beating.

Study it. Master it. Never forget it.

Pin this for rounds, exams, or whenever you need a reminder of cardiac perfection.

Like if it hits the heart.

Share with your study squad.

Save for endless review.”
