Adela Perolla: Lighting the Flame for Future Hematologists
Adela Perolla, Full -Time Lecturer of Hematology and Adult’s Hematologist at UHC Mother Teresa, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“EHA‘s Lighting the Flame retreat has gathered in Warsaw, Poland, medical students from Europe, who are interested in Hematology.
In this program mentors and experts in the field has offered the opportunity for them to know more about haematology from both a clinical and research perspective and to engage in hands-on workshops to increase the knowledge and skills.
These activities offer also the possibility to connect with other medical students who are interested in haematology and beyond science to build friendship!
I am happy to be part of this program and represent Albania with my two albanian students Stela Haxhimali (2025) from the Catholic University, Faculty of Medicine ‘Our Lady of Good Conseil’ and Sara Kambo (2026) from University of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, in Tirana Albania.
Proud of you girls! ”
