Ahmad Gharehbaghian: Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization Engages Government Leaders on Blood Service Investment
Ahmad Gharehbaghian, Managing Director at Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Yesterday, the Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization (IBTO) hosted officials responsible for budget and credit allocation from the country’s Plan and Budget Organization as well as the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education.
Following a tour of the organization’s various departments and a close look at its technical and specialized activities, a consultative meeting was held to discuss strategies for improving and enhancing blood transfusion services through adequate financial resourcing.
Undoubtedly, the presence of these esteemed officials and their firsthand familiarity with the challenges and programs of the blood transfusion sector will greatly facilitate the allocation of the necessary credits for staffing, financial resources, equipment, and consumable supplies.”
