Alessia Abenante: Grateful for the Recognition and Connections at ISTH 2026
Alessia Abenante, Medical Director at ASST dei Sette Laghi, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today, the inspiring ISTH 2026 Congress comes to an end.
Over the past few days in Paris, it has been a privilege to attend outstanding scientific sessions, hear thought-provoking presentations from leading experts in hemostasis and thrombosis, and explore the latest advances shaping our field.
Beyond the science, one of the most valuable aspects of the Congress has been the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world, exchange ideas, experiences, and build new collaborations.
I am also grateful for the positive feedback on our group’s works from internationally recognized experts.
Seeing our research appreciated by leaders in the field is both rewarding and motivating, and it encourages us to continue contributing to the advancement of hemostasis and thrombosis research.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made these days so enriching, especially to my collegue and friend Santagata Davide for the inspiring and rewarding collaboration.
Looking forward to bringing home new ideas, new collaborations, and renewed enthusiasm for the work ahead.”
