Arwa Z. Al-Riyami: Honored to Serve as ISBT EMR Regional Director

Arwa Z. Al-Riyami, Board Member of Oman Medical Journal, Forum Editor at International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT), shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I am deeply honored and humbled to have been elected as Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR) on the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) Board.

My sincere gratitude goes to everyone who placed their trust and confidence in me through their vote. Your support is both an honor and a responsibility that I embrace with great enthusiasm and commitment.

I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to our outgoing Regional Director Maha Badawi for her dedicated leadership, service, and contributions to the field of transfusion in the region.

Her efforts have helped strengthen our community and laid a solid foundation for future growth.

I look forward to working closely with colleagues, volunteers, and the ISBT leadership to further our shared mission and continue strengthening our vibrant professional community.
