Clivaz Léa: Presenting Research on Pregnancy-Related Pulmonary Embolism at ISTH 2026
Clivaz Léa, Teaching at the University of Geneva, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Honored to have presented our work with Dr. BLONDON Marc at the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) Congress during the Women’s Health Issues in Thrombosis and Hemostasis session.
‘Treatment of severe pregnancy-related pulmonary embolism: results from the MAPP registry and an updated systematic review.’
This project has been particularly meaningful to me, as it contributed to women’s health research, in an area where evidence remains limited.
It also introduced me to the fascinating field of angiology and vascular medicine, a specialty that I really enjoyed discovering.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Blondon Marc for his invaluable mentorship and trust throughout this project, to the MAPP Registry investigators and the SSC on Women’s Health Issues in Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
Special thanks to the ISTH Early Career Committee for fostering connections and learning opportunities through many dedicated sessions throughout the week.
A truly inspiring first international congress!”
