and that is what we did at the Chief Executive Women (CEW) Executive Leadership Program last week.

The course taught me to:

  • Celebrate, embrace and leverage my strengths
  • Know myself and what I need to perform optimally
  • Use my body and voice together to lead with gravitas

I am ready to serve my team, my organisation and my community with renewed clarity and confidence.
