Nina Weber: Review on Kidney Injury After Stem Cell Transplantation
Nina Weber, Attending Physician in Nephrology at Zurich City Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Cancers, adding:
“I’m delighted to share our review on kidney injury in adults after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, now published in Cancers!
We discuss acute kidney injury, transplant-specific complications, emerging therapies and long-term kidney outcomes.
A key message: early recognition, structured follow-up and close collaboration between hematology and nephrology are essential throughout the transplant journey.
Many thanks to my co-authors Lamis Almalki, Anup Devasia and Abhijat Kitchlu for the wonderful collaboration!”
