Happy New Month to everyone!
A huge THANK YOU to all centres that participated in the pilot phase-you laid the foundation for something truly historic.
Now, we’re calling on every interested, eager and ready hospitals to join Phase 2 of the Nigeria National Stroke Registry (NNSR).
Even if you did express your interest in phase 1 and you were not selected for the pilot phase.
Please do kindly do re-apply for phase 2.
We have completed the pilot phase and we are moving jnto the next phase to capture the data of stroke care in Nigeria
- Be part of the movement transforming stroke care in Nigeria
- Help us understand the real challenges in each centre
- Because as they say: ‘What we don’t measure, we don’t improve.’
This is more than a registry – it’s a national collaboration to improve outcomes, drive research, and shape policy.
What’s required?
- Reliable internet access
- Commitment to capture all stroke cases and upload via REDCap
- Participation in onboarding and training
- One form per institution
