Rabiah Alnoshan: A Pactical, Bedside Focused Approach to Bleeding
Rabiah Alnoshan, Emergency Medicine Consultant at PSMMC, shared on LinkedIn:
”A few days ago, I had a patient who was actively bleeding internally while on warfarin and was hemodynamically unstable.
In that moment, I realized something very clearly.
There is no time to think. No time to search. You either know what to do or you don’t.
So I sat down after that shift and built this.
A practical, bedside focused approach to bleeding.
Covering massive transfusion, anticoagulation reversal, fibrinogen, TXA, and inherited disorders.
Something you can glance at and act.
I hope it helps you when you face a similar case.”
