Rajendra Tapadia: Strengthening Last-Mile Hemophilia Care Through Structured Community Outreach
Rajendra Tapadia, Chairman and MD at Safepack Industries Ltd, shared on LinkedIn:
”’Impact is not defined by visibility, but by the lives it reaches.’
Hemophilia, a rare genetic disorder affecting blood clotting, often leads to lifelong disability if not managed early.
Encouragingly, patients once confined to bed are now regaining mobility and returning to daily life.
In the underserved regions of Marathwada, a young Ayurvedic doctor envisioned a different future for hemophilia patients one of mobility, dignity, and possibility.
While his work earned recognition at the highest levels, translating it into scalable, on-ground impact remained a challenge.
Bridging this gap requires more than intent.it needs sustained commitment.
‘Safepack’ has been mentoring a structured camps over months for clinical efforts reaching 170 plus hemophilia patients with diagnostics, expert consultation, physiotherapy, and integrative care support to this grassroots initiatives,
For us, this is what responsible industry participation means not just innovation in business, but commitment to inclusive, last-mile healthcare impact.”
