“The Early Career Lounge has always been one of my favorite parts of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH).

And this year, I am especially excited because I will be part of the programme!

We will be talking about something that affects researchers at every career stage: navigating the often-unspoken challenges of academia: from managing expectations and difficult conversations to collaborations, mentorship, authorship, and professional relationships.
