Wolfgang Miesbach: Key Insights on Hemophilia Care at WFH 2026 Pre-Congress Workshop
Wolfgang Miesbach, Professor of Medicine at Frankfurt University Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Great start to the pre‑congress workshop ‘Safety, Efficacy, and Access in Hemophilia and Rare Bleeding Disorders’ at WFH 2026 in Kuala Lumpur this morning, expertly chaired by Radoslaw (Radek) Kaczmarek.
Even though I missed the most, I caught excellent talks and discussion on the last part about haemostatic agents, prophylaxis, and their impact on everyday practice.
The session on how and when to start which type of prophylaxis – with great presentations by Steve Pipe and Manuel Carcao – will strongly inform day‑to‑day decisions and individualized care.”
