Alexander Cohen, Consultant PhysicianConsultant Physician at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, adding:
“Bleeding associated with blood thinners
We know much more about the treating thrombosis with blood thinners than about their main side effect, bleeding.
We hope our manuscript describing over 350,000 patients will add add to our understanding of bleeding associated with the most commonly used blood thinners.
My thanks to my colleagues from 10 countries for their collaboration and most importantly the patients from the 5 contributing countries.”
