Andrew M. Evens: Award-Winning Research from the British Society for Haematology 66th Annual Meeting
Andrew M. Evens, Deputy Director for Clinical Services at Rutgers Cancer Institute, Chief Physician Officer at The Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center/Hospital, Professor of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A great time at the British Society for Haematology 66th Annual Scientific Meeting in Liverpool, England.
A big kudos to outgoing BSH President, Dr Sue Pavord and CEO, Carol Bewick, for a highly successful symposium with outstanding education and science (and fun social event!).
Dr Phillip Scheinberg and I were thrilled to hand out awards at the Presidential symposium to the top downloaded papers in 2025 for the British Journal of Haematology and eJHaem to Dr Deepa Arachchillage and Dr David Bartlett on Anti-PF4 disorders and QOL and exercise in CLL, respectively.
There were also 3 great presentations at the ‘Best of BJHaem’ session given by Austin Kulasekararaj, on Aplastic anemia, Deepa Arachchillage on Antiphospholipid syndrome and Dr Renata Walewska on CLL.
Finally, we thank all authors for submitting their High Impact papers to our journals, to all of our outstanding Associate Editors for their expertise and year-yound diligent work, and also to our brilliant colleages at Wiley (especially Claire Dowbekin and MK Wang).”
