Charlotte Aubin: A New Perspective on BDNF’s Influence on Hemostasis and Thrombotic Risk
Charlotte Aubin, Research Student at Montreal Heart Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Current Opinion in Hematology, adding:
“I am thrilled to share that my first scientific publication has now been published in Current Opinion in Hematology!
‘The Dual Role of the Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor as a Regulator of Hemostasis and Thrombotic Risk.’
As first co-author, I had the opportunity to contribute to this invited review exploring the role of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and its receptors in platelet biology, hemostasis, thrombosis, and cardiovascular disease, alongside Jessica Blais and Yanitsa Petkova.
