No Clear Benefit of Short-Term Dual Antiplatelet Therapy in TIA or Stroke Without ≥50% Stenosis – International Journal of Stroke

”New meta-analysis
In patients with TIA or ischemic stroke without at least 50 percent large-artery stenosis, the benefit of short-term dual antiplatelet therapy is uncertain and may come with a higher bleeding risk.”
