‘Efficacy and safety of recombinant activated factor VII for secondary prophylaxis in patients with Glanzmann thrombasthenia’
In this multicenter Spanish study, we describe the use of rFVIIa as secondary prophylaxis in patients with Glanzmann thrombasthenia and recurrent severe bleeding despite standard therapy.
We are proud to contribute to the limited evidence in this rare inherited platelet disorder and to share the first Spanish Brief Report focused on this field.
