Vrishit Saraswat Publishes Breakthrough Study on Portal Vein Recanalization
Vrishit Saraswat, Chairperson and Head of Chandan Hospital, posted on LinkedIn:
”Excited to Share a Milestone in My Academic Journey
I’m truly delighted to share that our paper titled “Portal Vein Recanalization and TIPS in Pre-Transplant Patients for Chronic Portal Vein Thrombosis” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of the Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology (JSIR).
This achievement marks a meaningful step forward in exploring complex portal venous interventions in liver transplant candidates. It wouldn’t have been possible without the constant support, mentorship, and guidance of my incredible seniors and mentors – whose encouragement and insights guided me throughout every stage of this journey.
A huge thank you to my amazing co-authors, colleagues, and the interventional radiology team for their collaboration, hard work, and dedication. Every discussion, every case, and every late-night revision helped shape this research into what it is today.
Feeling immensely grateful and motivated to continue contributing to the ever-evolving field of Interventional Radiology and to pursue more meaningful collaborations ahead.”
