“Huded Rule” The core idea is simple:
- ASPECTS ≥3, NIHSS ≥6, and thrombectomy up to 24 hours using CT/CTA.
This framework supports wider treatment access and reflects the direction modern stroke science is moving—toward saving every viable neuron, not excluding patients because of clock time or infarct size.
