Our Past President, Scott Kaatz, DO, MSc, FACP, SFHM, will deliver a keynote on November 7 at the 29th International Congress on Thrombosis (ICT 2025) in Porto, Portugal.
His talk, “Anticoagulation Stewardship – A Call to Action”, will highlight why stewardship is becoming increasingly vital worldwide—a timely and well-discussed topic that resonates across specialties and health systems.
