”24th January was a Day filled with lot of new starts as Power In Me Foundation celebrates 2026 as Year Of Rare.
Yesterday apart from our Sickle Cell Anemia training Camp.
There was also Disable evaluation and identification Camp for Equipement Distribution by CRC Chattarpur led by Mr. Mukesh Patel and Rakesh Shetty at District Disability Rehabilitation Centre.
Got an opportunity to discuss current scenario of Disabled in District and Some urgent steps to be taken specially for Disability due to diseases like Sickle Cell, Thallasemia, Hemophilia, DMD, EDS and many still undiagnosed.
Post diagnosis proper Healthcare, education and livelihood.
Singrauli is having some good News as Purple Fair dedicated for PwDs will be help on 6th February here where Talented and entrepreneurial PwDs will get opportunity to showcase their talents and products made by them.
Also met Damodar Sir, Incharge Social Justice and Disability in Singrauli regarding the Purple Fair and our future proposals for Sickle Cell and other blood disorder camps that are in disability act 2016.
We are looking forward for our Presence in Purple Fair along with PwDs due to disease too Showcase their capabilities along with their counterparts.
As We look to spread a message of greater inclusivity and dignified life for even PwDs (Divyangs) while spreading awareness about Disability caused due to Rare diseases.”
