Non-Carrier Mothers of Inv22 Hemophilia A Patients Frequently Harbor Additional F8 Gene Rearrangements – JTH

A study analyzing 350 hemophilia A patients revealed that non-carrier mothers of sons with Inv22 inversions frequently harbor additional F8 gene rearrangements, particularly duplications.”
