That’s one in three.
In fact if it occurs in 30% is it really a complication?
Is it a side effect?
Is it an expectation?
For a procedure patients choose to improve their appearance, post-sclerotherapy hyperpigmentation can be more distressing than the original spider veins – and more damaging to your patient relationship.
But can it be mitigated by the consultation process?
