Omar Hajji: Seasonal Determinants of Mortality in Sepsis and Cardiogenic Shock
Omar Hajji, Resident Physician in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at University Medical Center Mannheim, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Current Medical Research and Opinion, adding:
“I am pleased to share that our article has been published online in Taylor and Francis:
‘Seasonal variations and prognosis of patients with sepsis, septic shock, and cardiogenic shock.’
This study examines seasonal variations and their prognostic relevance in patients with sepsis, septic shock, and cardiogenic shock.
Given the substantial morbidity and mortality associated with these conditions, a better understanding of temporal and seasonal patterns may contribute to improved clinical risk assessment, resource planning, and patient care.
I would like to thank my co-authors and collaborators for their valuable contributions to this work.”
