Von Willebrand disease is often taught as a list of types, assays, and treatments. But the real key is understanding how the pieces fit together.
This infographic offers a visual overview of VWD, from classification and clinical clues to structure–function, diagnosis, treatment, history, and evolution.
It is a preview of a new comprehensive VWD module coming soon from The Blood Project.
The goal is not just to summarize the disease, but to help learners see the logic behind it:
- structure shapes function
- function shapes phenotype
- phenotype guides diagnosis and treatment.”
