Panagiotis Christoforou: Six Years of Service, Growth and Global Connection with WFH

Panagiotis Christoforou, Senior Research Fellow at Barts Health NHS Trust, Steering Committee Member at EHC – European Haemophilia Consortium, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“After six deeply meaningful years, my journey as a member of the World Federation of Hemophilia – Youth Leadership Advisory Committee has come to an end.

It has been an incredible privilege to serve the global bleeding disorders community – guiding, supporting and sharing my experience while helping young advocates from across the world develop their voices, exchange ideas and turn inspiring initiatives into action.

Throughout these years, I have learned as much as I have contributed.

I have witnessed the remarkable passion, resilience and leadership of young people determined to create a better future for everyone living with a bleeding disorder.

My heartfelt thanks to the World Federation of Hemophilia – Cesar Garrido ( and many more ) , my fellow committee members – Clive Smith (and many more) and every young leader I had the honour of meeting and working alongside.

I will always be proud of what we achieved together.

This may mark the end of an important chapter, but certainly not the end of the journey.

The passion to improve, empower and inspire will always continue to guide me.

Thank you, for six unforgettable years.”
