Steve Watson: Ligand Epitope Ratios Influence Antagonist Inhibition
Steve Watson, Postdoctoral Researcher at Burroughs Wellcome, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Thrombosis Research, adding:
“We have just published our first study in Thrombosis Research as we search for journals meeting the open access requirements of the university and funders.
The study that the inhibitory profile of an antagonist against a bispecific ligand varies according to the ratio of the ligand epitopes (this is also modelled in the supplementary).”
Title: Differential inhibition of bispecific GPVI and CLEC-2 nanobody ligands by a monovalent nanobody
Authors: Steve P. Watsona, Lloyd J. Bridgec, Eleyna M. Martin
