Yue Zhang: Flow Cytometry for Translational Immunology and Cancer Research
Yue Zhang, Postdoctoral Researcher, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Journal of Visualized Experiments, adding:
“I’m pleased to share that our methods article, ‘A Flow Cytometry-Based Method for Profiling Immune Cells in Human Blood and Tumors,’ has been published in Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE)!
This work presents a flow cytometry-based method for profiling immune cell populations in human blood and tumor tissues, providing a practical approach for studying the tumor immune microenvironment.
I’m especially happy to share this publication as my first paper as the last and corresponding author.
I’m grateful to everyone who contributed to this work and helped bring it to publication.
I hope this method will be useful to researchers working in immunology, cancer research, and flow cytometry.”
