Catherine Canadeo: A Celebration of Compassion and Progress in Haemophilia B
Catherine Canadeo, Corporate Wellness Executive Coach at Catherine Canadeo Health and Wellness, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Some organizations leave a lasting impression on your heart because of the extraordinary work they do and the lives they touch. For me, The Coalition for Hemophilia B is one of those organizations.
Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Coalitions Eternal Spirit Award Gala in NYC, honoring Dr. Marilyn Manco-Johnson and Dr. Steven Pipe, whose dedication to hemophilia care and research brings hope to so many.
It was wonderful to share the evening with Dr. Christopher E. Walsh, Director of the Hemophilia Program at Mount Sinai, whose longstanding commitment to the Coalition and its families reflects the heart of its mission.
For the past eight years, Ive been honored to serve as the Coalitions Wellness Ambassador. The organization has spent decades supporting individuals affected by hemophilia B and the families who stand beside them.
Over time, my admiration has only grown. The relationships built, compassion shared, and lives touched remind me why this work matters.
One part of this mission especially close to my heart is supporting women and caregivers who give so much of themselves to others. This September, I collaborated with my dear friend Mae Caime at the Coalitions Womens Education and Empowerment Retreat, bringing our shared dedication to womens well-being to this incredible community.
A heartfelt acknowledgment to Kim Phelan, CEO of the Coalition for Hemophilia B, whose compassion and leadership continue to be a beacon of light, inspiration, hope, and courage for countless families.
We measure our greatest impact by the lives we change, the hope we inspire, and the people we lift up along the way.
Thank you to the Coalition for an unforgettable evening and for all the good you continue to bring into the world.”
