“With BACH we launch our National Action Plan to improve cardiovascular health.
In total 20 recommendations will improve cardiovascular policy based on core pillars upon which this plan is built:
- Establishing interfederal coordination with clear governance and funding
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle across all sectors
- Making proactive risk detection the default in primary care
- Guaranteeing high-quality prevention as the standard of care
- Building a data-driven, equitable, and patient-centered cardiovascular ecosystem.
