Jecko Thachil: Myriad Roles of Platelets in Pregnancy Beyond Hemostasis

“Platelets have myriad functions.
It may help a great deal in pregnancy by maintaining the placental growth.
At the same time, we are aware thrombocytopenia in pregnancy can be a difficult clinical conundrum.
