Jorge Mascaro: The Growing Impact of the UK Aortic Society on Aortic Disease Care
Jorge Mascaro, Professor of Cardiac Surgery at Medical College of Wisconsin, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Last week I went to speak at UKAS – UK Aortic Society, about my experience in the USA since appointed at Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital.
It was a treat to meet friends as well as patients and be able to participate in interesting discussions on treating patients with aortic diseases.
As a co-founder of UKAS it was rewarding to see how much it has grown and how much engagement there is from providers but also charities and patients.”
