“Excellent days at the 7th Coagulation Days / Dani Koagulacije in Zagreb!
A fantastic multidisciplinary programme with an impressive combination of international speakers and strong local expertise, covering topics from PBM and massive bleeding to paediatric coagulation, ECMO, thrombosis, and critical care.
What made this meeting especially valuable were the lively discussions and practical case presentations, especially in areas where empirical clinical experience still represents the main source of evidence – such as paediatric surgical bleeding management and complex coagulation scenarios.
Many thanks to the organisers for the excellent programme, the warm hospitality at Hotel Dubrovnik in the heart of Zagreb, and the great networking and social events, including a truly memorable karaoke night!”
