“Over the summer, like many others, I found myself eagerly awaiting an exam result.
The wait is finally over and I am proud to share that I have completed the British Blood Transfusion Society specialist certificate in Transfusion Science Practice with a Distinction!
This is a huge achievement for me, having balanced my studies alongside full time work and making time for my personal life.
I am especially proud to have started and completed my work-based transfusion training in transfusion alongside the BBTS.
Throughout this journey, I have strengthened my understanding of the fundamental principles of transfusion science and developed an even greater curiosity in the field.
I am excited to take everything I have learnt forward and see where the next chapter takes me as I continue to challenge myself and develop professionally!”
