Renata Vernay Lopes: Advancing Patient Blood Management and Care at HEMO 2026
Renata Vernay Lopes, Director of the Blood Network at Brasília Blood Center Foundation, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Another year of HEMO!
Days of a lot of learning, exchange of experiences and meetings with loved ones that hemotherapy brought to my life!
This year, the focus was on Patient Blood Management (PBM) and its different nuances, in addition to immunohematology, sickle cell disease, artificial intelligence, hemovigilance, the new Ordinance, management and leadership.
Themes that make us reflect on our practice and on how to advance in care, safety and management.
The visits to the booths were also an opportunity to learn about new technologies, strengthen relationships and explore partnership possibilities to improve the work of our Hemorrede.
I come back with new ideas, good memories and even more desire to contribute to the work we do every day. It is very good to be with so many people who share the same commitment to care and life!
I hope that next year FHB will be more present and numerically more represented by its excellent professionals!
Let the next one come!”
