Tushar Pandey: From ITP to TTP in Clinical Practice
Tushar Pandey, Director and Head of Raghav Institute of Hematology, Hemato-Oncology and BMT at Raghav Healthcare, Editorial Board Member at Journal of Cancer Chemotherapy, Program Director of Hemato – Oncology at International Association For Integrated Oncology, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Always a pleasure to speak about thrombocytopenia, especially ITP and TTP.
These conditions are commonly seen but still challenge clinicians due to their changing presentations, evolving evidence, and the need for timely and accurate decision-making.
From immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), where individualized treatment and long-term disease control are essential, to thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), a true hematologic emergency requiring rapid recognition and intervention, they reflect the complexity of real – world hematology practice.
Each opportunity like this helps bridge guidelines with real – life practice, ensuring patients receive evidence – based, practical, and life – saving care.
Grateful to contribute to the advancement of hematology, hemato-oncology, and BMT through knowledge sharing and clinical excellence.”
