These conditions are commonly seen but still challenge clinicians due to their changing presentations, evolving evidence, and the need for timely and accurate decision-making.
From immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), where individualized treatment and long-term disease control are essential, to thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), a true hematologic emergency requiring rapid recognition and intervention, they reflect the complexity of real – world hematology practice.
