Primary APS: Warfarin INR 2.5–3.5 Lowers Thrombosis Recurrence, Especially Arterial Events
APS Support UK has shared a post on X:
“Study of 81 pts with primary APS on warfarin found those with INR 2.5–3.5 had reduced rethrombosis risk vs INR <2.5, esp. for arterial events.
Higher anticoagulation intensity = lower recurrence risk.”
