“What a weekend it was!
It came full circle! A vision a dream born a month back Dr. Rahul Bhargava and Dr Vikas Dua to host a conference with a twist, a conference with a full academic feel: HemeNext it was.
A 2 day conference which show a perfect amalgamation of science, technology and leadership and stakeholders, who came together to foster innovations in hematology.
Fortis leadership Dr Ritu Mittal Garg, Yashpal Singh Rawat led from the front, the entire team at fortis gurugram who worked tirelessly to make this extravaganza happen Tabish Jamshed, Vani Sharma, Naveen Uppal, Suparna Paul, Sidarth Verma, Rajat Srivastava, Parishmita Chabukdhara, Bharti Sharma, Rizwan Ahmed.
Science, clinical, translational and technology saw its summit with genomics ai which manifested as participation by Mainak Chakraborty from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Sailesh Gochhait and Krishnendu M. from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dhritiman Dan from Premas Life Sciences Pvt Ltd. Shruthi mahesh from MEDGENOME, JIVANA AI, Swarsat K. Nath, Moin Makda, Haristuti, Aivana, Abhishek Nahire, Harshu Shrivastava, Bhupendra singh.
The main star was our Hemebot: a humanoid host, positioning Fortis Memorial Research Institute – India Fortis Healthcare and Agilus Diagnostics as a transforming leader in innovations in hematology.
Esteemed delegates and faculty not only from India, but also from Singapore and Nepal made the event more intuitive with shared experiences in bone marrow transplant and CART cell therapy both in adult and pediatric cancers
There was something for everyone: our residents in training engaged in a thoughtfully curated quiz by Swati Bhayana, Dr. Neha Rastogi Panda and a hemepath quest by Dr. Surbhi Singh and Aastha Gupta.
