”This summer I had the opportunity to present the first two chapters of my PhD on personalizing thromboprophylaxis in high-risk patients at the annual conference of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH).
Now I’m very excited that both chapters are now available online in the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) and Research and Practice in Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
