Study Finds NOACs as Safe and Effective as Warfarin in CVST
SCCM Neuroscience Section posted on X:
”Use of new oral anticoagulants (NOACs) in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) has similar efficacy and safety compared to warfarin treatment.
NOACs treatment may improve clinical prognosis in pts with CVST.”
