”A detailed review of published cases of an unusual form of Glanzmann thrombasthenia where gain-of-function mutations in ITGA2B/ITGB3 genes are linked to dysregulation of RhoA activity in megakaryocytes and cytoskeletal-mediated changes in proplatelet formation and platelet release.
Such cases offer a rare insight into integrin biology.”
