Tribeni Roy: Simple and Efficient Approach to Detect a Thrombus by Impedance Spectroscopy
Tribeni Roy, Head, Kakatiya Center for Rural Innovations, Technology, and Impact (KRITI) at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, adding:
”Happy to share that our research paper titled ‘Insights into Early Detection of Thrombosis by Correlating Hematological Parameters of Blood with its Electrical Equivalent Using Impedance Spectroscopy’ has been published in IEEE Sensors Journal.
This interdisciplinary work was led by Soumili Sahoo and Propanna Bandyopadhyay with co-supervision by Prof. Rajdeep Chowdhury.
This work presents a simple and efficient approach for detecting thrombus formation using electrical impedance spectroscopy, validated rigorously through biological techniques.”
