Rene Staebe: Dare to Care in Hemophilia – When Small Acts Change Lives
Rene Staebe, Sr Manager, Public Affairs and Communications at Novo Nordisk, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Dare to care. Not a slogan. A choice.
1 in 10,000 people live with haemophilia.
A bruise you walk off – can be a medical emergency for them.
Yesterday, three months in, golden jacket on, I MCed a spring auction with Denise Braendgaard, Josephine Tørslev-Thomsen.
Kayaks. Danish design. Christmas leftovers turned into something meaningful.
More than 48000 people in India reached, through the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia and Haemoglobinopathies Foundation.
A room full of people who chose to show up, Novo Nordisk Switzerland colleagues I’m proud of.
Driven by life, changing lives.”
Denise Braendgaard, General Manager of Novo Nordisk Haemophilia and Haemoglobinopathies Foundation, commented on this post, adding:
“Thanks to everyone in the room for the high engagement and support!
Rene Staebe, it was so much fun to be on stage with you and I’d say you can proudly add ‘auctioneer’ to your CV.”
