“Honored to have presented our work on hypertrophic synovium in severe haemophilia A during the moderated poster session at the WFH 2026 World Congress in Kuala Lumpur.
It was a real privilege to be among the candidates for the Christine Lee Young Researcher Award for best poster and to share this moment with such talented young researchers from around the world.
Our study, RESOLVE, focused on changes in hypertrophic synovium in adult patients with severe haemophilia A receiving emicizumab prophylaxis.
The data suggest that while emicizumab provides excellent bleed control, meaningful improvement in synovial status can also be observed, reinforcing the importance of joint monitoring and individualized joint health management.
