Jasper van Grunsven: Grateful for Our Rare Disease Team and the Commitment That Drives Our Mission
Jasper van Grunsven, Senior Vice President for Rare Disease, Global Customer Capabilities, Data and Analytics at Amgen, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“As I reflect on a week of engagement activities in Amgen Deerfield, I am filled with appreciation for our Rare Disease team and the passion and commitment that drive our work every day.
From bringing our senior leadership team together to align on shared priorities, to being inspired by our Patient Access colleagues and how they support patients, this week highlighted the strength of our people and our purpose.
One of the most impactful moments was hearing from Glen, who lives with severe active ANCA-associated vasculitis, during our Vasculitis Awareness Month spotlight at the Rare Disease Town Hall. His story was a powerful reminder of the challenges patients face and the meaningful difference we can make for them and their families when we work as One Team.
Thank you to everyone who made this week so memorable. I continue to be inspired by the dedication and passion across our organization as we work together to advance care for people living with rare diseases and to deliver on our mission for patients.”
