Evaluating Anti-Xa Targets and Outcomes in Arterial Interventions – JTH
Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) shared on LinkedIn about a recent article by Max Hoebink, et al, adding:
”Clinical Applicability of Anti-Xa Measurements to Monitor Unfractionated Heparin Activity During Arterial Procedures: A Scoping Review
This scoping review of 55 reports finds that while anti-Xa is a reliable reference test for heparin monitoring during arterial procedures, optimal target levels and their correlation with clinical outcomes remain poorly defined.”
