“Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a condition where a blood clot forms in a deep vein, most commonly in the legs. While it may start with symptoms like swelling, pain, or warmth in the affected limb, ignoring these signs can lead to serious complications.
Certain factors such as prolonged sitting during travel, recent surgery, hospitalization, or reduced mobility can increase the risk of DVT.
Early recognition and timely medical evaluation can help prevent complications and protect your health.
If you notice unexplained leg swelling, persistent pain, or discomfort, don’t ignore the warning signs.”
