”A novel dynamic risk score to predict clinically significant bleeding after 3 months of anticoagulation in patients with incident venous thromboembolism and without active cancer
Deciding how long to anticoagulate means weighing bleeding risk that changes over time.
This dynamic score predicts clinically significant bleeding after the first three months of treatment in patients with venous thromboembolism and no active cancer.
It discriminated well and updates as anticoagulation status shifts, supporting more individualized choices about continuing or stopping therapy.”
