New Study Questions Benefits of Physiology-Guided PCI Beyond Periprocedural MI and Repeat Revascularization
Mattia Galli, Assistant Professor at Sapienza Università di Roma, Associate Editor of European Heart Journal, shared a proud post on X:
”Is this a win for physiology-guided PCI? I see it differenty.
K-M curves are parallel after the first days.
The reduction in MACE is just driven by periprocedural MI and repeat revascularization. No difference in spontaneous MI or death. Thoughts?”
